This means that SishaVoIP clients now have the option of using any VoIP network at any time without signing extensive contracts directly with these networks.

We supply and manage all onsite equipment and the last mile connectivity, which allows us to redirect all call traffic to an alternate VoIP network provider if a client experiences Quality of Service issues.

Telecoms Vendor Management

We take care of unreliable telecoms vendors and service providers by managing them on the client’s behalf.

Using onsite monitoring hardware, we are able to remotely monitor & identify what maintenance is needed by which vendor. This information assists us in making sure the correct vendor goes to site and fixes the problem quickly and efficiently.
