Live Call Management

  • Multiple calls are accepted simultaneously with only a specified amount of calls directed to a studio (e.g. live radio) at any given time.

Automatic Sound Clip Uploads

  • Sound clips can automatically be uploaded and/or changed on schedule or on an informal basis.

Sound Recording

  • Advanced algorithm and compression techniques allow for voice recordings to be played back over radio or television without the need for time consuming manipulation.

Database Integration

  • Caller’s information can be stored and recalled for improved reporting.

Text-to-Speech (TTS)

  • Convert words from a computer document (text) into audible speech.

  • Allows callers to cast their vote.

Dedications and Requests

  • Callers are prompted to leave information relating to a specific interaction as if completing a form.

Data Collection

  • Callers are prompted to leave their name and contact details by keying in certain information. Collected information can then be saved in a database.

  • Callers can bid for a specific item by keying in their bid.

Points

  • Callers answer a predetermined amount of multiple choice questions and are awarded points on the basis of correctly answered questions.
