We are proud to announce that the results of the Fax2Email Customer Survey exceeded our wildest expectations. With an exceptionally positive response received from our users it has become apparent that our users are as serious about good service as we are about providing it. Unfortunately in the Fax2Email market there are a lot of fly by night operators. But SishaFax proved once again that we are the cream of the crop.
With a whopping 99.4% of our users saying that they would recommend our Fax2Email service to other people, it was thus no surprise that Word of Mouth was one of our strongest methods of growth. The best growth motivator however were our employees themselves, showing just how passionate and dedicated they are.
The most important question however was undoubtedly how our Fax2Email service is perceived by our users and with a giant margin of 71.1% all voting for SishaFax as Excellent we did not disappoint. However the challenge lies in converting the rest of our users to Excellent and we are committed to make this happen.
What was most valuable however were the user comments, this afforded us a fantastic insight into the minds of our users. Feedback both positive and negative were carefully scrutinized and addressed to make sure that we not only maintain the high standards we set for ourselves but that we strive to do even better. We pride ourselves in the fact that at SishaFax we will always work to improve our standards and work tirelessly to make sure our clients have the best Fax2Email service in South Africa.
